As Easter holiday in April approaches, I believe everyone will take advantage of the holiday to stay at home and binge-watch shows. Netflix has released a number of works from March to April, including the popular Taiwanese drama “Copycat Criminals,” the Korean film “The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion” starring actress Kim Da-mi, and the first original Thai film of the year, “The Hunger Games.” All of these are worth watching. “Imitation Offender”

Netflix Taiwan’s original series “Imitation Offender” is adapted from the famous Japanese mystery novelist Miyuki Miyabe’s novel of the same name, and it has been released on March 31st! Starring Wu Kang-jen, Lin Xinru from “City of Sky”, Ke Jia-ying from “Somewhere Only We Know”, and Yao Chun-yao, among others. The story tells of a series of murders that occurred in Taiwan in 1990, which caused the entire city to be in turmoil. The relentless and horrifying crimes prompted a determined prosecutor to step into the cat-and-mouse game, fighting against the dangerous manipulator.

“The Hunger Games”

Netflix’s first original Thai film of the year, “Hungry Games,” will be released on April 8th. It stars Judy Monchachon (Aokbab) from “Bad Genius.” The story follows Aoy, a young chef in his 20s who specializes in street food, as he accepts an invitation from Hunger, Thailand’s top chef team, to train under their notorious and ruthless head chef. Aoy is forced to push himself to the limit and uncover the unknown dark side of the culinary world.

The American dark comedy series “Beef” stars Steven Yeun and Ali Wong, and depicts two strangers who engage in a public argument due to a traffic dispute. One is a struggling plumber, while the other is an overwhelmed entrepreneur.
