“Dark Glory 2”
Starring Song Hye Kyo, “Dark Glory” has been a popular series on Netflix since its premiere, and now the second season will be released on March 10th. It tells the story of Wen Tongying, who dreams of becoming an architect but drops out of school due to bullying, and embarks on a series of stories seeking revenge against the bullies from that year. After 18 years of careful planning, will he be able to successfully avenge the bullies? Let’s wait and see!
“Enter Your Time”
Adapted from the 2019 Taiwanese romantic time-travel drama “Somewhere Only We Know,” Xu Guanghan and Ke Jia-Yan’s characters are portrayed by Ahn Hyo-seop from “The Office Blind Date” and Kwon Ryul-bin from “Vincenzo,” respectively. Both actors play dual roles in the series. The story follows Han Jun-hee, who, while reminiscing about her boyfriend Ju Yeon-jun who passed away a year ago, unexpectedly travels back to 1998 and meets Nam Shi-hyeon, who looks exactly like her boyfriend, and Jung In-gyu, who secretly admires Kwon Min-ju. This leads to a wonderful and romantic story between the three characters. Expected to be released in the third season in 2023.
“Beijing Life”
The thrilling fantasy Korean drama “Monster of the Capital” is starring two popular actors, Park Seo-joon and Han So-hee. The story is set in the darkest spring of 1945, with the “Capital” in the title referring to “Seoul” during the Japanese colonial period. Park Seo-joon plays the richest man in the capital and also manages a pawnshop, while Han So-hee portrays a renowned missing person expert. The two young individuals strive to survive in the capital and fight against the monsters born from human greed, engaging in intense battles between life and death. It is scheduled to be released in the fourth quarter of 2023, and Netflix has also announced that the original cast and crew have been confirmed for the production of the second season.
“The Last Knight”
The sci-fi action drama “The Last Knight,” starring Kim Woo Bin and Song Joong Ki, is adapted from the webcomic “Delivery Knight” created by Lee Yoon Joon. It tells the story set in the year 2071, where severe air pollution forces humans to rely on breathing masks to survive. In the rapidly desertifying Korean Peninsula, only 1% of the population lives under a strict social class system. Legendary delivery driver “5-8,” who possesses extraordinary combat skills, encounters a series of events after meeting “April,” a refugee who dreams of becoming a delivery person.
“Masked Lady”
Adapted from the webcomic of the same name, “Masked Lady” stars Gao Xianting and Lin Zhenna, combining elements of thriller and dark comedy. It tells the story of a white-collar worker who is insecure about her appearance and has a secret online identity where she always wears a mask. However, a series of unfortunate events turn her life upside down. It is expected to be released in the third season of 2023.
“The Peerless Internet Celebrity”
Park Hae-eun plays the protagonist, Soo Yali, in “Sweet Home.” She strives to succeed in the influencer industry and becomes a top celebrity in this circle, revealing the true life of an influencer. Fame, money, power – the Seoul influencer world may seem glamorous at first glance, but it is actually filled with hidden turmoil and scandal. Expected to be released in the second season of 2023.
“My Goddess Roommate Dou Na”
Adapted from a webcomic, starring Park Shin-hye and Lee Seung-joon, it tells the story of an ordinary college student, Won Joon, who works hard and studies diligently. At the same time, he also has to face a unique dilemma: his roommate is a beautiful girl who used to be a K-pop superstar.
“The psychiatric ward will also welcome the morning.”
Adapted from the webcomic of the same name by Korean cartoonist Lee Roha, “Even the Psychiatric Ward Welcomes the Morning”. The story follows “Doon”, a psychiatric nurse played by Park Bo-young, as she experiences the world inside the psychiatric ward and the stories of the disillusioned patients. Expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2023.

“The Hounds”
Adapted from the webcomic of the same name, starring Yu Zhaohuan, Li Xiang’er, and Xu Junhao, the story follows three daring young people who enter the lending industry to repay their debts. They face a group of powerful individuals who prey on the weak and become entangled in a story of immense power. Expected to be released in the second season of 2023.
“D.P: Deserter Pursuit Order 2”
Based on the webcomic “D.P: Dog Day,” starring Jung Hae-in and Koo Kyo-hwan as a great duo, it is set against the backdrop of the Korean military police chasing deserters and addresses the issue of bullying in Korean military camps. It tells various stories during the pursuit of deserters. Season 2 is also directed by Han Jun-hee, known for films like “The Prison” and “Coin Locker Girl,” and features the original cast from Season 1. This season also includes Choi Hyun-wook, Ji Chan-hee, and Kim Ji-hyun, which has generated a lot of anticipation from the audience. Season 3 is expected to be released in 2023.
“The Creator”
Starring Kim Hee-ae from “The World of the Married” and Moon So-ri from “Oasis,” the drama tells the story of a PR expert named Hwang Do-hee who faces a moral dilemma. With her skills, she gradually pushes human rights lawyer Oh Kyung-sook to become the mayor and brings down her former company. Expected to be released in the second season of 2023.
“Sweet Home 2/3”
Netflix announced last year that it will produce the second and third seasons of the thriller Korean drama “Sweet Home,” adapted from the webcomic of the same name, starring Song Kang. After the crisis of apartment monsters in the first season, they join forces with their apartment neighbors to fight bloodily, telling a story of survival and defending humanity. “King of the Land”
