The North Face once again collaborates with the Japanese brand UNDERCOVER to launch the joint series SOUKUU new work. The series was conceived by the Japanese design master Jun Takahashi, with “Movement is Mediation” as the main theme, seeking peace in the chaos through contemplation and awareness of the present moment, and insight into the orderly rhythm of oneself. The design integrates Jun Takahashi’s expertise in modern style, reinterpreting The North Face’s classics and releasing a variety of trendy items.
The North Face X UNDERCOVER SOUKUU series enhances exploration performance with outstanding technology, helping explorers brave the wind and rain. The windbreaker design combines fashion and practicality, using DWR water-repellent fabric to easily handle all kinds of weather; side zippers enhance ventilation for a refreshing and comfortable experience throughout the exploration journey, and can be flexibly stored, converting into a crossbody bag in seconds for convenient carrying. There are also designs based on the brand’s classic Mountain Light jacket, with fully sealed waterproof seams creating a dry and comfortable wearing experience; equipped with multiple pockets for storing various hiking essentials, making explorers more agile and flexible in outdoor environments.
One of the backpacks has a large capacity of 38L, making it easy to store all kinds of outdoor equipment, making the exploration journey easier and more convenient; the waterproof fabric provides comprehensive protection, greatly reducing travel concerns; the cover and side pockets can be removed, and the side bag can be converted into a sling bag for use, allowing explorers to move freely at their own pace and enjoy the journey. The North Face x UNDERCOVER SOUKUU limited edition collaboration series is exclusively available at the brand concept store in K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui and the Urban Exploration concept store in Pacific Place (for XPLR members only).
