Shen Yue (Ayla Sham) recently participated in Omega’s charity auction to raise funds for the international non-profit organization Orbis, demonstrating her support for public welfare. By auctioning off 11 unique MoonSwatch Moonshine Gold watch cases, the event successfully raised 534,670 Swiss francs for Orbis to support its global ophthalmic medical services.
During this charity event, Shen Yue participated in the symbolic friendship and support ceremony of presenting Seymour bears with Mr. An Shiwen, President and CEO of Omega. This ceremony not only highlights the care for children receiving Orbis treatment, but also emphasizes Shen Yue’s commitment to this eye care mission.
Shen Yue’s participation has increased public awareness of the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital and its eye care mission, further strengthening the cooperation between Omega and Orbis. Through this collaboration, Shen Yue hopes to encourage more people to pay attention to and support eye care work, contributing her own efforts to the global fight against avoidable blindness and visual impairment.
After the event, Shen Yue also visited the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital to further understand how Orbis uses the funds raised to provide eye care services globally, and expressed high appreciation for Orbis’ work.
