Ferragamo recently announced that it will manufacture and distribute its sub-line of fragrances and beauty products, exclusively licensing them to the international fragrance group Interparfums. At the same time, they launched a new men’s fragrance, Bright Leather, creating a unique woody leather scent eau de toilette. As the name suggests, the fragrance combines the brand’s top luxury “leather” element, with every detail from the scent to the bottle design closely linked.
The top notes capture the senses with a variety of fresh citrus scents, blending the bittersweet bergamot and spicy citrus, as well as the refreshing, invigorating aroma of grapefruit; the heart notes intertwine fresh green basil with the rich scent of nature’s rosemary, slowly immersing into the scent of Ferragamo leather, warm and delicate, awakening the brand’s unique craftsmanship tradition. The base notes bring delicate cedarwood and restrained, steady patchouli, musk, enriching the overall layers, while adding sensuality to the perfume.
In terms of design, Ferragamo Bright Leather uses a slender bottle shape that evokes urban landscapes, paired with vertical straps in a sandy leather-like hue, with the brand name engraved from top to bottom, highlighting its elegant and slender silhouette. The iconic Gancini buckle in silver metal embellishes the bottle from bottom to top, symbolizing harmony and inclusivity, metaphorically representing the multiple facets coexisting in the hearts of Ferragamo men: tradition and innovation, solidity and creativity, strength and sensitivity.
