Samsung recently held the “Galaxy Unpacked 2022” launch event, and one of the highlights was the brand’s flagship foldable smartphone, including the Galaxy Z Flip4 with a vertical folding design.
The new generation Galaxy Z Flip4 continues the overall design of the previous generation Galaxy Z Flip3, with thinner screen bezels and a more discreet hinge position. It features a 6.7-inch internal screen and a 1.9-inch cover screen (external screen), with the length of the body reduced by 0.8mm and the width decreased by 0.3mm, making the overall body more compact.
To reduce the number of times users need to flip the 6.7-inch main screen, the brand has added many new features and uses to the secondary screen. In addition to setting different photos, videos, or AR avatars as interface backgrounds, users can also directly access more phone settings, use Samsung Pay for payments, and even convert text replies through voice functions.
In addition, the selfie function has become super convenient. Users can use the upgraded “cover screen selfie” function to directly open the main camera from the cover screen and take high-quality selfies. When recording high-quality videos with “cover screen selfies,” you can seamlessly switch to Flex mode for hands-free shooting without interrupting the recording. In terms of appearance, the brand continues to introduce the Bespoke Edition for the 4th generation, allowing users to customize the color combination of the panels themselves.
