Netflix confirms that “F1: Drive to Survive” Season 4 will be available next month: “The pressure on and off the track reaches the highest level in F1 history.”

Attention! Attention! The popular Netflix show “F1: Drive to Survive” Season 4 has finally released its premiere date recently, all F1 fans remember, watch it on Netflix on March 11th!

In the fourth season of “Drive to Survive,” the series will continue to delve deep into all the little-known stories behind last season in a series of 10 episodes. Following the unprecedented success of the first three seasons, the fourth season will once again be produced by Box to Box Films, with Academy Award winners James Gay-Rees (Amy, Senna) and Paul Martin (Diego Maradona) serving as executive producers. With the popularity accumulated from the first three seasons, it is believed that the fourth season will attract unprecedented attention – especially with the controversial scene involving the two title contenders Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen in the final race.

“Drive to Survive” Season 3 was the highest-rated show on Netflix last year, and for Season 4, the production team once again embedded with the teams, capturing more behind-the-scenes footage throughout the 2021 season and reporting many off-track stories this season. F1 and Netflix stated: “Once again providing unprecedented access, Season 4 will take fans behind the scenes to witness how drivers and teams prepare for what has been the most dramatic season yet. Fans must be prepared to delve into intense team rivalries, unexpected podiums, and the fierce championship battle between Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 and Red Bull Racing. The pressure both on and off the track has reached an all-time high in F1 history.”

It is worth noting that this season’s “Drive to Survive” will for the first time provide a special episode on the showdown between world champions, focusing on all the details before Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen’s century-old duel in Abu Dhabi. However, due to “Weishao” stating last October that he will no longer accept interviews from Netflix, this season’s content may not feature too many confessions from this world champion who will switch to the number “1”.

Of course, apart from “Vettel”, the immediate hiding of the details after “Uncle Xian” Lewis Hamilton lost the championship at the Abu Dhabi station will also be one of the most concerning things for all fans – whether supporters or haters. Especially in recent years, the success of F1 has triggered some concerns among fans and viewers about the imbalance between entertainment and sports in F1. Every report, story, program, etc., is believed to directly affect the 2022 season.

Season 4 of “Drive to Survive” will be available on March 11th, please note that it is also the countdown to the opening of the 2022 season – Bahrain Grand Prix – in 9 days.
