This summer, Lane Crawford Lane Crawford brings a new project NEW WORLD5 with a unique creative concept, sharing a diverse lifestyle perspective from various creative fields such as fashion, culture, and art. Recently, Lane Crawford has officially established NEW WORLD5 as a third realm, leading everyone to experience the world of GAME ROOM.
GAME ROOM, a brand new realm, is a playground themed around classic electronic games. Through a variety of nostalgic collections representing different eras, games and entertainment are more concretely established as a significant value in creative culture. On the opening day, Lane Crawford even held a celebration party at GAME ROOM, collaborating with Talon Esports, an esports platform based in Hong Kong, to host esports competitions. Talon gathered elite players from various popular esports games to showcase their skills, and even sent out HotDog29, the champion of the East Asia region in “Street Fighter V,” to compete against guests.
Named GAME ROOM, the concept store is filled with a range of classic games, including the RS Barcelona foosball table, the “arcade pioneer” Neo Legend classic arcade machine, Stern Pinball pinball machines, and more. The store also simultaneously showcases two special edition Stern Pinball machines inspired by the Emmy-winning series “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” and the popular MARVEL comic “Avengers,” which are sure to be the main attraction for all gaming enthusiasts.
In addition, the event also showcases a series of popular culture collectibles and toy boutique items, such as stunning artworks created by the artistic duo Fratz and Gio, limited edition artist-designed skateboards from The Skateroom, action figures and LEGO® building toys from KK Plus, as well as a variety of essential lifestyle products, including the highly sought-after Japanese premium whisky – Suntory “Hibiki” Anniversary Collection, SOUND LEISURE vinyl record player, and a speaker-shaped refrigerator produced by Marshall.
NEW WORLD5’s third kingdom GAME ROOM is now open at Shop 211-212, 2/F, Times Square, Causeway Bay. It will be open until October when NEW WORLD5’s fourth concept will be introduced. Friends who are interested are welcome to visit the store and experience it.
