Stain+ has opened a hidden coffee shop on Tai Ping Shan Street in Sheung Wan, and it has now moved to the new landmark AIRSIDE in K11. The new shop is designed to be a local lifestyle experience center, with an industrial style that spans the brand, using cement, black, and metallic copper as the main colors. In collaboration with Boom Boom Blossom, various plants and floral arrangements are used to create a simple and natural atmosphere.
You can taste high-quality coffee beans from around the world in the store, freshly roasted daily. The coffee beans are changed every quarter, bringing different flavors. In addition to enjoying freshly brewed hand drip coffee at the café, you can also get limited edition coffee drip bags collaborated with local artists and groups.

In addition to boutique coffee and desserts, various types of local lifestyle brands have also been introduced, such as Flowerhood aromatherapy candles, The Tappy Paws focusing on additive-free healthy pet snacks, Zhan Gui creative clothing by Lantau, Taboocha healthy fermented tea, premium tea leaves from inari tea, homemade Italian herb bread from Farm to Bread, etc. Furthermore, different workshops such as floral arrangement, eco-friendly candles, DIY perfume, etc. are held every week.
Café also releases exhibitions in collaboration with different artists in the area, and the first one is the healing-themed Gloomie Cheeky Cat Art Exhibition! The adorable Cheeky Cat transforms into “Pilot Gloomie” this time, with the most eye-catching feature being an 8-foot-tall mural on the exterior wall. Inside the café, there are also over ten different animal paintings in various styles on display. A must-visit for photo opportunities!
