To experience the atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, you can go to Lee Tung Avenue in Wan Chai, where there are 688 large red lanterns and decorations made of gold and red sequins hanging. The lanterns will be lit at 5 pm every evening, creating a bright and festive atmosphere!
Pay close attention and you will notice that the lamp posts on the street are adorned with lantern-carrying rabbit decorations, echoing the Year of the Rabbit! In the central courtyard, there is also a jade rabbit light installation representing a family of five, symbolizing good fortune and abundance.
During the Lunar New Year period, there will be lion dance performances and festive parades on Lido Street, and the God of Wealth will also appear on Lido Street to distribute New Year candies and mini festival lanterns!
