“Smile Flower House” in Causeway Bay is a must-visit spot! Japanese artist showcases “smiling face” paintings, along with a happy food festival!

A “smile” can sometimes melt hearts more than words. Recently, Lee Garden in Causeway Bay teamed up with emerging Japanese artist Mitsu Hara to bring the “Happy, Be! Happy Smiling Face Art Project” to Hysan Place, showcasing Mitsu Hara’s first exclusive overseas art installation!

The selfie spots include the colorful glass cabin “Happy, Be! Smile Flower House” in the atrium of Hysan Place, with illustrations by Mitsuhara Mitsuhara printed on the glass. Local flower shop Greenland Flower Garden also brings a variety of colorful flowers! Inside the flower house, there is a limited edition art gallery showcasing a series of never-before-seen smiling face artworks by Mitsuhara Mitsuhara, injecting humor and style into simple pattern lines, radiating positive energy. There is also a limited-time store where you can get a variety of boutique items that combine Hong Kong-style street food with happy smiling faces.

Inside the venue, there are also classic smiling dolls of Matsuura Hikari, each with different facial expressions and movements. At the same time, a kaleidoscope installation called “Happy, Be! Mailbox” is specially set up, allowing everyone to peek into a “happy world” that brings a smile to their faces!

In addition to checking in at Hysan Place, don’t forget to stop by the weekend-limited “Umami, Be! Happy Food Festival” at Lee Garden Two Phase, where you can discover a variety of summer delicacies and special drinks, including ISEEISEE handmade fruit popsicles, Mommy Egg Waffles, Jouer French desserts, Seoul Recipe Korean snacks, and more!
