Japanese popular illustrator Keigo’s humorous painting style often brings a smile to everyone’s face, and Keigo will soon bring a limited-time exhibition to Sha Tin New Town Plaza, where there will be multiple Japanese-style photo spots for everyone to enjoy taking pictures!
“The New City Plaza x Keigo Osaka Ichimachi” exhibition includes 7 major “yokocho” photo spots, such as the protagonists in sportswear becoming the new Run Run Man advertisement sign, Mr. Sloth driving super slowly at the intersection, Osaka’s famous takoyaki chef Mr. Crocodile delayed by his long mouth, giant inflatable chicken fish, and octopus-shaped takoyaki, showcasing classic Osaka scenes. Seeing the famous Osaka shopping street scenes really makes people want to travel to Japan immediately! Keigo’s cute characters also bring big laughs with their dark humor that heals the heart!
After enjoying Osaka to the fullest, don’t forget to visit the brand new themed amusement park Fun Park located on the 5th floor outdoor platform of the shopping mall! The 3 main theme areas are dominated by colorful tones, and must-visit photo spots include the dreamy and beautiful “Wisteria Flower Tunnel”, reminiscent of the famous wisteria flower spots in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara! There are also scenes like the “Fantasy Purple Slide”, “Rainbow Striped Maze”, “Say Cheese Glowing Wall”, all equally Instagrammable!
In addition, New Town Plaza brings two new characters, Keigo, including the cute popsicle shapes of sloths and Mr. Giraffe, as well as exclusive boutique and limited edition gifts for other classic characters. Keep an eye out!
