The restaurant offers a Valentine’s Day limited edition dinner, where each guest can choose their own appetizer, main course, and dessert, with a theme of red, pink, and heart shapes. The appetizers include “Quinoa Avocado Tomato Salsa,” which is layered in three rich colors to form a heart shape, with a cheese crisp on top for added texture. Another appetizer is “Orange Grapefruit Red Beet Salad,” where the red beets are cut into heart shapes, and the entire dish is vibrant in color, creating a joyful mood.
