The new Thai restaurant Kopitiam by SAYA has landed in Tsuen Wan West Sea of Love! The new store is a must-visit branch of the recommended Thai restaurant “Restoran SAYA”, led by Chef MaMa Jan from Restoran SAYA, with dishes that have both Thai seasoning elements and the wok skills of Chinese cuisine!
The new store offers a variety of Thai dishes to choose from, with a recommended authentic Chiang Mai noodle dish called “Northern Thai Curry Egg Noodles”. The curry broth is made with a variety of Thai spices, fragrant and slightly spicy, with a hint of sweet coconut flavor. It is served with half crispy fried noodles and half hot boiled noodles, creating a dual texture! They also have the rare “Crab Omelette” dish, where crab meat strips are wrapped in thin egg skin, full of freshness, and even more delicious when dipped in Nam Jim sauce!
A must-try Thai snack, “Handmade Fried Shrimp Chips,” are fried on the spot, crispy and fragrant with a rich shrimp flavor. Served with rich and spicy Tom Yum XO sauce, it oozes a hint of spiciness! Other dishes include “Lemongrass Grilled Chicken,” “Tiger Prawn Pad Thai,” as well as limited-time creative dishes like “Baked Masaman Curry Beef Pie with Pure Taro Mash” and “Roasted Spanish Pork Belly Roll with Pure Taro Mash.”
