Popular Cafe HeSheEat recently opened a new store in Mong Kok, with warm wooden tones as the decoration, complemented by cylindrical pendant lights and coffee red brick walls, creating a simple and casual Japanese-style atmosphere!
To celebrate the opening of the Mong Kok store, the new store is launching a limited edition dessert called “Rich 5.0 Milk Soft Serve Ice Cream Series”. Among them, the “Croissant x Rich 5.0 Milk Soft Serve Ice Cream” is already IG-able just by its appearance! Inside the crispy croissant, there is creamy milk soft serve ice cream with a rich milk flavor or a smooth Belgian chocolate soft serve ice cream with an authentic taste, creating a surprising combination of salty and sweet.
The buffet also includes a rich and creamy 5.0 milk soft serve ice cream, including “5.0 Milk Soft Serve Matcha Buffet”, “5.0 Milk Soft Serve Blueberry with Cheese Cake Buffet”, “5.0 Milk Soft Serve Chocolate Buffet”, and “5.0 Milk Soft Serve Strawberry with Cheese Cake Buffet”. The creamy ice cream is paired with different fruits and juices, creating a rich and layered taste experience.

Popular desserts include “Strawberry Mochi with Strawberry Ice Cream Souffle Pancake” and “Uji Matcha Black Sesame Souffle Pancake”, the pancakes are light and fluffy.
In addition to desserts, there are also a variety of savory dishes, such as the hearty “All Day Breakfast” which includes mini croissants, German sausages, Parma Ham, large mushrooms, Italian bacon, etc. There are also main courses like “Deep-fried Shrimp Tempura with Lime Mayonnaise”, “Grilled Spicy Squid with Ink Sauce Flat Noodles”, and “Seafood Winter Truffle Pasta”. One of the recommended new Fusion dishes is the “Moon-Viewing Grilled Beef Bowl”, which features tender beef served with egg yolk and crab roe fried rice, making it irresistibly delicious!
