Causeway Bay’s wwwtc mall has opened a new trendy restaurant called “Tomacado Flower Kitchen” with the design concept of “one store, one color”. In the midst of a beige color scheme, artistic installations of Bauhinia and Magnolia flowers are incorporated, complemented by flower and plant reliefs engraved on the walls, creating an elegant and IG-worthy atmosphere.
The dishes at “Tomacado Flower Kitchen” blend Chinese, Southeast Asian, and Japanese cuisines. For example, there is the “Herb-roasted Three-Yellow Chicken,” where the chicken is marinated and naturally air-dried for 24 hours before being roasted, and served with Tomacado’s special chili flakes for a flavorful and delicious taste. The “A4 Wagyu Beef Eye” is lightly seared in the French style to lock in the juices, and served with mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, beef sauce, black pepper sauce, and Tomacado’s special chili flakes.
There is also the “Lotus Pond Moonlight Grape Oolong Jelly” which takes flowers as its creative inspiration, as well as the specialty drink “Blue Butterfly” which has a dreamy light purple color.
The restaurant entrance is equipped with a flower shop, offering retail flower services. Guests can also purchase products from Tomacado’s tea brand, Teablooms.
In addition, to celebrate the opening of the restaurant, visitors to Tomacado Flower Kitchen on August 26th and 27th will receive a floral gift handbag. Limited to 500 pieces, while supplies last.
