Sichuan cuisine restaurant introduces new refreshing dishes to beat the summer heat, and Tabasco prepares spicy cocktails!

Chilli Fagara, a Sichuan cuisine restaurant, has launched several refreshing dishes for the summer. One of the recommended dishes is “Spicy and Cool Chicken Shreds,” which is made with chicken shreds, red chili peppers, carrots, bamboo shoots, and a spicy and flavorful sauce. The dish is colorful!

There are also “Spicy Cold Eggplant” with homemade spicy garlic sauce, “Mixed Salad with Chinese Vinegar”, and “Spicy Shredded Duck Noodles” with a touch of Sichuan spice, all of which are appetizing and spicy!

To celebrate Father’s Day, the restaurant will offer a two-day limited-time free-flow of Sichuanada cocktails on June 17th and 18th. Dads who dine at the restaurant (including lunch and dinner) can enjoy unlimited Sichuanada cocktails for free! This cocktail is made with beer as the base, and includes tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, black pepper, and more, giving it a spicy and rich flavor.

The restaurant also offers three other cocktails, including the “Cucumber Cooler” with refreshing cucumber, the “Sichuan Spicy Mango Margarita” with a combination of sweet mango and spicy chili flavors, and “The Sweet Empress” with a subtle osmanthus fragrance. Perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day, they will make you feel refreshed!
