Take your mom to Pondside, a small white house restaurant located by the lake in Hong Kong Park, to celebrate Mother’s Day! They are offering a five-course set menu for $488 per person, available for both lunch and dinner on May 13th and 14th.
The restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling glass reflects the beautiful scenery of the waterfall garden, it’s really stunning. Mom is really happy! The set menu includes appetizers of sake-infused duck liver, classic Italian vegetable soup, incredibly fresh white wine steamed mussels. For the main course, you can choose between pan-seared Pacific halibut fillet, top-grade American ribeye steak, or roasted whole three-yellow chicken in a wooden box. Finally, enjoy the light and delicious black pepper strawberry sabayon.
In addition, Pondside also has its own cake brand, Pondside Pâtisserie, which has specially launched the exquisite Mother’s Day cake, Rosy Heart. It is actually a white chocolate rose mousse with strawberry filling cake, priced at $428 for 1 pound. Pre-orders are available from now until May 14th.
In addition to Mother’s Day cakes, there are also delicate French pastries available, such as Black Forest mousse cake and hazelnut buttercream crispy cake, which are beautifully presented and taste excellent.
