This year, “room 3,” a Japanese Gastrobar located in Tsim Sha Tsui, launched its Japanese-style afternoon tea set called “room 3 Tanoshi Afternoon Tea Voyage” (HK$388 for two people). Only 10 sets are available daily.
This includes nine flavors of Japanese sweets packed in a nine-grid wooden box, bringing authentic izakaya-style vegetable snacks such as “Japanese green peppers with mini sweet potatoes” and “fried lotus root cakes”, Japanese grilled chicken skewers with “chicken cartilage” and “minced chicken with Japanese onsen egg”, garlic-flavored “garlic crispy chicken wings”, refreshing appetizer “pickled burdock”, “pine crab meat with flying fish roe” and “cold salad udon with spicy cod roe”, and finally, a Japanese-style sweet “sakura water shingen mochi”.
This tea set menu includes two cups of your choice of selected wines, beers, fruit juices, sodas, or cherry blossom tea. Additionally, you can upgrade to enjoy cherry blossom-themed cocktails, including “Sakura Blossom,” “Sakura Negroni,” and “Sakura Cha,” at a discounted price of HK$88.
