Kowloon Shangri-La collaborates with skincare brand Eurobeauté to launch the “Nourishing Beauty” afternoon tea, featuring a series of delicate and elegant pastries with edible floral decorations, creating a spring-like atmosphere.
A variety of light and refreshing savory and sweet desserts are placed in a fresh blue and white flower cage, including “crab, celery, and crab roe with white truffle egg yolk sauce”, “grilled fresh prawns with avocado sauce and yuzu juice”, “vintage cherry tomatoes and buffalo cheese with Italian pesto”, “lemon and yuzu egg white tart”, “tropical chocolate Bavarian mousse”, “butterfly pea flower jelly”, “white coffee macaron”, etc. Afternoon tea also comes with freshly baked homemade traditional plain and raisin scones.
