“Cheese lovers” bookmark! Handmade pasta shop Pici introduces “Quest for Cheese” with a variety of cheese dishes, including appetizers, pasta, and desserts!
Pici incorporates 8 different types of cheese, including smoked buffalo cheese, Priya bag cheese, cream cheese, and blue cheese, into their new dishes. These dishes can be ordered individually or added to the daily tasting menu at Pici. Some of the options include “Baked cream cheese with smoked ham and rosemary honey,” “Fresh buffalo soft cheese with lavender honey and Italian slipper bread,” “Baked truffle and blue cheese lasagna,” “Spicy pork and smoked buffalo cheese Italian dumplings,” and a “Bag cheese cake with strawberry tomato jam” for two people to enjoy.
“Seeking the taste of cheese” will be available from now until April 16th. It will be conducted in two rounds. The first round will take place from now until March 20th at Pici in Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui. The second round will take place from March 21st to April 16th at Pici in Wan Chai, Tseung Kwan O, Kennedy Town, and Taikoo Place.
“The ‘Seeking the Taste of Cheese’ event is also taking place from today until April 16 at Pici in Sha Tin and Lai Chi Kok, offering selected dishes such as ‘Baked Smoked Buffalo Cheese,’ ‘Country-style Meat Sauce Buffalo Cheese Italian Spinach Ravioli,’ ‘Tomato Soup with Crispy Parmesan Cheese,’ and ‘Truffle Honey Double Cheese Spiral Pasta,’ bringing a rich ‘cheese’ flavor!”
