Laneige and Hong Kong’s Cordis Hotel’s European restaurant and bar, Alibi–Wine Dine Be Social, have teamed up to launch the “Purple and Gold Radiance” skincare afternoon tea, featuring beautiful treats with gold and purple elements that are highly Instagrammable!
The snack includes “pickled salmon with celery salad and crispy thin biscuits”, which tastes fresh, and “forest mushroom macarons” with wild mushroom sauce, full of aroma, as well as golden and crispy “Canadian lobster pancakes” and crispy and delicious “Iberico ham and Manchego cheese toast”.
In addition, there is also a series of desserts made with natural purple ingredients such as blueberries and purple sweet potatoes, such as the “Fig Cheesecake Panna Cotta” with gradient purple color, the rich and dense “Purple Sweet Potato Matcha Mousse Cake”, and the “Blueberry Yuzu Macaron” that combines crispy meringue cookies with smooth blueberry buttercream. These are served with golden specialty drinks created with passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange, refreshing and relieving fatigue.
