Hole Foods, a popular American winter donut shop, recently opened a pop-up store on the 6th floor of Yi Ju. The handmade winter donuts have a crispy outer layer and are filled with a soft and fluffy texture, with a rich buttery aroma.
In addition to the signature flavors of vanilla custard, condensed milk cream, and lemon cream, the Pop-up also offers limited edition flavors, including the classic tiramisu flavor and a special Chinese New Year edition black sesame mochi! Guests can enjoy these delicacies at The Lawn or the newly designed The Tea Room.
In addition, Salisterra has collaborated with Hole Foods to launch an English afternoon tea inspired by Hong Kong flavors. The selected delicacies include Hole Foods’ strawberry cream winter dumplings, fried oyster pineapple buns prepared by Executive Chef Cary Docherty, windproof crab toast, Hong Kong-style sausage baguettes, as well as peanut opera house cake, strawberry lightning éclairs, and citrus Bavarian almond cake.
