This Christmas, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, you can go to Cafe Roma, located next to Ma Wan Beach, and enjoy delicious food while taking in the views of Tung Wan and Tsing Ma Bridge.
The restaurant will launch a seafood-focused holiday menu. For the four-course dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the appetizer will be “Mushroom Cream Soup,” made with finely chopped porcini mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, creating a smooth texture. Another appetizer option, “Sesame Salad with lightly seared scallops, Roma tomatoes, and Italian black vinegar olive oil dressing,” gives a refreshing sensation.
The main course can be chosen from three options, including “Italian Seafood Stew,” which uses Atlantic cod, Australian mussels, fresh clams, and large shrimp, and “Seafood Risotto with Grilled Prawns,” where the rice absorbs the essence of the seafood, also full of freshness.
Also, there is the “Roasted American Angus Ribeye Steak” served with Italian braised vegetables and roasted new potatoes. The meat is juicy and tender. For dessert, there is homemade tiramisu with the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. Finally, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with Italian Christmas bread to complement the holiday season.
