The popular chain coffee shop “Komeda Coffee” from Nagoya opened its first store in Hong Kong at AEON STYLE Whampoa on October 21st! The interior design of “KOMEDA’S Coffee” in Hong Kong follows the traditional design of the Japanese stores, with wood and brick elements as the main theme, giving a cozy cabin-like feel and a sense of being in Japan!
In terms of coffee, there is “KOMEDA Special Black Coffee”, made with the highest quality coffee beans from Brazil, mixed with fragrant Kilimanjaro coffee beans. Additionally, there is “KOMEDA Premium Coffee Sophia” and “KOMEDA Coffee”.
The menu for light meals, main courses, and desserts also retains the unique features of “KOMEDA’S Coffee”. Signature dishes include the “Thick Toast Set”, where you can receive a thick toast for free by ordering any coffee drink during breakfast hours, with the option to choose red bean paste, egg salad, or scrambled eggs as toppings. The dessert “Ice and Fire” is also a must-try, with Danish pastries made by craftsmen folding 64 layers of crispy pastry, topped with soft and hot milk ice cream, creating a perfect blend of cold and hot!
In Hong Kong stores, there are also “Curry Pasta”, “Egg Pancake Toast”, and the “Spicy Fried Pork Chop Sandwich” developed in collaboration with Shinjuku Nakamuraya, as well as “Hong Kong Limited” menu items, including “KOMEDA Golden Fried Beef Burger”, matcha series drinks, and milk ice cream in drinks and desserts made from Kyushu Aso milk. Even if you can’t travel to Japan temporarily, you can still experience this Japanese flavor!
