The Pizza Pig, which opened in Tseung Kwan O two years ago, recently opened a new branch in Lai Chi Kok, where the walls are decorated with pig murals made from different stitched clothing lines, echoing the theme of the restaurant.
The highlight is the 30-inch rectangular giant crispy crust pizza, baked in a stone oven, Pizza can choose gluten-free crust or vegan cheese. Styles include the signature playful “pig” pizza (Signature Piggie), as well as the “Seafood Umami Pizza” with squid, fresh shrimp, crab meat, mussels, and scallops, and the “Meatlovers Pizza” with spicy sausage, Parma ham, smoked buffalo cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Dishes featuring pork delicacies, including a crispy German pork knuckle weighing up to 1 kilogram and a hearty grilled pork chop. In addition to pork dishes, there is also a “Baked Camembert Cheese (Vegetarian)” suitable for “cheese lovers”, with garlic honey, walnuts, and thyme on top of French soft cheese Camembert, served with warm bread, rich in flavor. The “Slow-cooked Octopus” is refreshing and chewy, paired with spicy sausage, carrots, mustard, and spicy breadcrumbs, delicious and appetizing.
