If you want to get away from the city during the recent holiday and go on a day trip to Ma Wan to find good food, you can visit Cafe Roma next to the Tung Wan Beach. While checking in, you can enjoy the beach view, Tsing Ma Bridge, food, and take photos. The restaurant has recently partnered with the Hong Kong conservation brand “Hong Kong Original Honey” to bring a honey-themed Italian afternoon tea, awakening the public’s awareness of environmental protection and biodiversity.
“The Duck Foot Tree” is a native tree species in Ma Wan, and this collaborative afternoon tea uses fresh ingredients, paired with the “Duck Foot Tree Original Honey” which won the Silver Award at the London International Honey Awards, containing natural enzymes and beneficial amino acids, with a lasting and elegant taste.
The tea set includes fresh basil bruschetta with burrata cheese, delicious lightly seared king prawn skewers, Parma ham with Parmesan cheese bruschetta, tangy honey orange chicken skewers, lychee mango cheesecake with fresh fruit, Cafe Roma homemade tiramisu. Afternoon tea can be enjoyed with rich coffee or tea, and you can also add on a mango honey ice cream special drink for an additional cost.
