Cupping Room enters the National Palace Museum! High-ceiling black tile decoration/super thick signature ice cream sandwich

by

There is a new check-in point in the West Kowloon Cultural District! The Hong Kong Palace Museum has opened, and a restaurant facing the sea on the ground floor has also opened one after another. The Cupping Room, which has just started operating, has a surprising environment and interior design!

The restaurant has a very high ceiling, creating a great sense of space. Upon entering, there is a curved sofa on the right side and a row of tables by the large glass windows on the left. Beyond the archway, there is a long communal table that also serves as a display case showcasing antique utensils.

The entire space is filled with natural light, and gray-black tiles are used as one of the main materials, running through every position and corner, piecing together walls with a unique texture and three-dimensionality. Furniture and other design elements are paired with black and dark wood materials, in line with the brand’s image, making almost every corner a photo spot!

During the trial period, the food styles mainly consist of desserts and bread, such as croissants, sweet crispy bread, mini cheesecakes, and the most eye-catching item is the extremely thick ice cream sandwich, available in coffee and osmanthus flavors. Eating one in the summer will definitely cool you down!

Address: Ground Floor, Hong Kong Palace Museum, West Kowloon Cultural District
