New-style Japanese hand roll shop TMK will launch new dishes and daily limited offers starting from March! The brand new à la carte menu includes TMK Spicy Kimchi Pancake (HK$98) with rice vinegar and soy sauce, as well as the crispy and delicious Milk Bread with Grilled Water Buffalo Cheese, Bonito Flakes, and Japanese Bulldog Sauce (HK$118). Mentaiko Udon (HK$88) with perilla and yuzu butter makes a strong comeback, and there is also the Spicy and Sour Udon (HK$88) with black vinegar, chili oil, and cilantro.
TMK offers daily different limited-time promotions starting from March, including Free Corkage Mondays and buy one get one free; Wasabi Wednesdays where all cocktails, fried chicken, hand rolls, and Asahi beer are priced at HK$40; Highball Thursdays where all whiskey or vodka highball cocktails are buy one get one free.
In addition, the restaurant offers an ultimate brunch promotion on Saturdays and Sundays, the Free-flow Maki Brunch (HK$248 per person), where you can enjoy a variety of oversized sushi rolls, hand rolls, TMK signature dishes, and appetizers.
