After partnering with the century-old British footwear brand Church’s last year, the two brands are collaborating again this year, this time bringing a unique Shanghai shoe collection!
With the second collaboration between Church’s and Miu Miu, the advertising campaign is also released simultaneously, setting the tone with a messy beauty sense and a calm and confident attitude. The ad, shot by Lengua, features models Matilda Liedholm and Judith Shyambala wearing Miu Miu X Church’s collaborative footwear, placed in a lush rural courtyard, lounging on custom striped floral fabric sun loungers inspired by summer upholstery, leaving behind a lazy and elegant silhouette, showcasing a relaxed atmosphere. The transformation of historical heritage into a scene brimming with youthful vitality adds rich layers to the present.

Church’s X Miu Miu shoes themselves evoke the imagination of classic and modern intertwining, traditional shoe toes and heels, through combining more rounded shoe lasts, natural tones, and leather patchwork on stretchy canvas, using polishing processes to create leather embellishments with an antique effect, the contrast between new and old adds a luxurious style to the shoes.
