Collaborate to create quirky street style? GIVENCHY collaborates with (b).STROY to remix classics

Collaborations in the fashion world are not new, but the collision of different brands can indeed create a fresh feel. Givenchy recently collaborated with the underground New York fashion brand (b).STROY to present a special joint series.

Givenchy’s Creative Director Matthew M. Williams has known the two designers behind (b).STROY, Dieter Grams and Brick Owens, for many years. This time, they are exploring their shared love for fashion and contemporary art together. Through experimental shapes and techniques, they are bringing a collaborative collection full of bold creativity, injecting a new aesthetic into the brand’s key pieces.

(b) STROY conceived an eternal cycle for Givenchy, using virtual and real spaces, multi-layered colors, and vintage effects, bringing forth the double-hooded sweatshirt previously exhibited at the “American Fashion” exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The capsule collection includes men’s and women’s pieces, featuring oversized T-shirts with avant-garde patterns, as well as T-shirts and jeans with patterns in bright blue, pink, and yellow, and a pink women’s short jacket embellished with patches.

In terms of women’s accessories, switch to the limited edition Antigona Soft handbag with new metal pendants, Moon Cut-Out shoulder bag, and G-tote handbag with a colorful visual effect print and denim bottom. The Shark Lock boots are adorned with unique pendants, while the TK-360 men’s sneakers make a strong comeback with new gradient color schemes. Other fashionable items include new colorful low-top sneakers and snow boots, as well as limited edition baseball caps, colorful wallets, sunglasses, and other design details from Givenchy and (b).STROY, making this exclusive series even more exciting.
