Local fashion brand Sennet Freres recently obtained official authorization from Walt Disney Company to launch the “Disney Princess Series” wedding dresses and evening gowns, allowing girls to transform into princesses from fairy tales on their big day!
Sennet Freres presents the world’s first luxury custom Disney Princess series, themed around the “Disney Princess Parade” global event, featuring a bridal gown and evening gown designed for each of the 12 Disney princesses and 2 queen characters. The entire collection of 28 custom pieces is led by Sennet Frères’ Chief Creative and Design Director Kev Yiu. Kev reexamines the classic anecdotes of each princess and queen, integrating Disney fairy-tale fantasy elements into the designs, with each custom piece crafted using his exceptional embroidery craftsmanship.
Before the complete release of the Sennet Frères “Disney Princess Series,” the brand has released three evening gowns inspired by “Snow White,” “Belle,” and “Cinderella.” The designer took inspiration from the classic bow of “Snow White” to create a three-dimensional draped body-hugging evening gown, adorned with over a thousand crystals on French lace, giving it a luxurious feel.
The “Belle” evening gown features an elegant yet sensual close-fitting cut, embellished with over ten thousand crystal sequins on a midnight blue velvet, breaking away from the traditional image of Belle’s classic yellow gown. Paired with a floral organza skirt that took 580 hours to create, the bride will feel as if she is dancing under the stars.
As for the “Cinderella” evening gown, it features a close-fitting, straight-cut design with an open back, adorned with over 400 hours of work to embellish thousands of crystals and glass beads on the bird motif. The highlight is the detachable layered soft tulle skirt with a diameter of over 12 feet, making the bride the center of attention with its gorgeous design!
