Designed by Sarah Burton, Alexander McQueen’s clothing has always exuded a romantic and glamorous vibe. However, the brand recently took a different approach and launched the “McQueen Graffiti” collection featuring hand-written graffiti fonts, paying homage to street art.
With the brand’s name as the selling point, a giant hand-drawn graffiti font logo runs through the men’s and women’s clothing series, appearing on a series of classic items from the brand, such as Trench coats, down jackets, bubble sleeve umbrella skirts, T-shirts, sunglasses, and handbags, injecting a street rebellious element into the detail-oriented clothing.
To coincide with the launch of McQueen Graffiti, the brand has expanded the “Graffiti Outdoor Project” to various cities around the world, including New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, showcasing this graffiti on transportation and streets to attract McQueen fans from all over the world to take photos!
