FENDI collaborates with Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster to launch a sunglasses collection, named “GENTLE FENDI”, designed for fashionable individuals to create a stylish and avant-garde look.
The GENTLE FENDI special edition sunglasses series combines FENDI’s fashion style with Gentle Monster’s unique aesthetics, creating two unisex designs of metal sunglasses. GENTLE FENDI NO.1 features the popular element of delicate semi-rimless frames, creating a bold avant-garde visual effect with geometric lines and daring color combinations, along with eye-catching logos and contrasting metal decorations, adding to its charm. GENTLE FENDI NO.2 mainly uses metallic lenses and frames, paired with intricate structures and contrasting details, showcasing a playful style.
A group of celebrities have already taken the lead in wearing the GENTLE FENDI series of sunglasses, creating exclusive fashion styles and showcasing a different aura.
To celebrate the launch of the GENTLE FENDI series, designated FENDI and Gentle Monster stores worldwide will showcase a specially designed rotating installation featuring lifelike dolls wearing sunglasses. Not only that, special events will be held at the Seoul and Beijing branches, presenting exclusive animations and decorations, inviting celebrities from around the world to participate. In addition, the GENTLE FENDI café will be located in Seoul from May 7th to the end of July, where guests can enjoy special desserts and drinks. The interactive installation “The Observer” will also land at the Gentle Monster flagship store in Beijing from May 7th to June 1st, making the event truly comprehensive!
