The matte eye makeup color saturation gives a strong feeling, for example, compared to shimmering red, matte red will have a richer makeup feel, suitable for use on the end of the eyes and eyeliner, not only has the effect of modifying the eye shape, but also makes the eyes sharper, creating a seductive feeling.

Makeup artist Amy Lee does not recommend using a large amount of bright red eyeshadow on the entire eyelid area, as excessive shimmer and color will only make the eyes appear swollen.
