The Le Voyage Recommencé high jewelry collection leads Cartier to explore new horizons, with the brand’s passion for the world and world cultures. This curiosity is a tradition that has been developed over the years and continues to be passed down. The Dohara high jewelry necklace sets off from India, paying tribute to the traditional Mughal jewelry style through its double-sided structure, brilliant colors, and unique patterns. On one side of the necklace, diamonds, white gold, and carved natural crystals shine brightly. On the other side, the red, green, and blue enamel colors are vibrant and pay homage to Cartier’s iconic color combinations. The center of the necklace is adorned with three round brilliant-cut oval diamonds, dazzling from every angle. The diamond pavilion is set in a custom-cut translucent natural crystal pattern, harmoniously matching the design on the back of the necklace, allowing the brilliant diamonds to be admired from both sides.
Since 1914, the jaguar has become a classic image of the Cartier animal kingdom. Today, the Cartier design studio places it in a colorful and luxurious jewelry setting. Every detail of the jaguar, from its eyes, ears, nose, to its claws, is meticulously depicted in the Panthère Confiante necklace. It faithfully guards a 26.52-carat oval-shaped olivine stone, adorned with four octagonal olivine stones below. The jaguar is surrounded by faceted coral beads, embellished with olivine, diamond, and striped agate beads, creating a striking decorative effect reminiscent of jaguar fur. In this piece, the designer and jewelers cleverly interpret the brand’s iconic colors of green, red, and black, showcasing a rich variety of shapes and materials.
