BLACKPINK was recently invited to attend a banquet at Buckingham Palace in the UK and was awarded the honorary MBE medal. In addition to praising their achievements in the arts, the four members were also recognized for their role as ambassadors at the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) held in Glasgow in 2021, and their contributions to climate change awareness and sustainable development issues.
During the period, British royal musicians performed BLACKPINK’s song “DDU-DU-DDU-DU”, which was a very interesting cultural exchange of music!

BLACKPINK’s four members have always been the center of attention when it comes to their fashion choices. From the evening gowns they wore to the formal attire they wore when receiving honors, their looks were elegant yet still showcased their individual styles. Let’s once again appreciate their fashion choices together.
Jisoo and Rosé both chose to endorse clothing brands. Jisoo interpreted the black princess-sleeved long dress from Dior Cruise 2024 collection, paired with a black handbag, transforming into an elegant young lady. Rosé embodies a cool and aloof image, wearing a black off-the-shoulder gown from Saint Laurent, showcasing her sexiness. Jennie did not wear the endorsed Chanel, instead she wore a white gown from Israeli bridal brand Lihi Hod, with a simple and elegant design featuring off-the-shoulder long sleeves and a long train. Lisa, on the other hand, wore a dress suit from Lebanese haute couture brand Georges Hobeika, with a lake green embroidered gown and a long sheer shawl, exuding nobility and grace.
When they received the medal, they changed into formal attire. Jisoo once again wore a black two-piece suit from Dior, still elegant and charming. Rosé wore a gray suit from Saint Laurent, tied up her blonde hair, looking cool and individualistic. Jennie demonstrated “human Chanel” this time, wearing a black Chanel Tweed gown, tied up her hair with a bow, looking classy and sweet. Lisa wore a gray and white dress with a small shawl from the Thai brand Asava, simple and beautiful.
