This year, Somi Jeon Somi also announced the launch of her personal beauty brand “글맆 GLYF”, becoming the first K-pop star to launch a personal makeup brand. Somi has always shone in the fashion industry, and now she is expanding her career into the beauty world. Will it be a Korean celebrity makeup brand worth trying out?

With delicate features and versatile talents, Somi is passionate about makeup. In addition to boldly trying different makeup looks, hairstyles, and hair colors, she also occasionally films videos to share her makeup steps, and finally officially established the beauty brand “글맆 GLYF” in April this year!

The brand’s aim is to present the beauty of diversity. Somi showcases her personality and attitude without reservation in this brand; from inspiration, product development, brand logo, product color selection, and packaging design, Somi is personally involved in every aspect, showcasing her concept and ingenuity in makeup! The brand logo is mainly in purple, combined with futuristic design, embodying its unique visual impact and cuteness!

GLYF currently only has one hero product: the “ILLUÉTTE Highlighter Palette four-color highlighter palette.” Different from other brand’s highlighter palettes, this one has undergone special baking treatment and added unique bright highlight shades from overseas brands, which can greatly reduce powder flying issues, and make the makeup more adherent, creating a radiant skin texture!
