全智贤曾在访问中透露自己不喜欢复杂的护肤方法，而她特别注重的就是「清洁」，遵循「卸妆慢、洗面快」的原则。她提到卸妆一定要仔细认真，务必确保完全卸妆，绝不能求快！她也分享洁面时从不会揉搓皮肤，而是应该配合泡沫洗面乳，反复搓揉出泡沫，快速彻底清洁面部，以免洗面乳停留肌肤太久，令肌肤受刺激，造成堵塞毛孔。同时也可减少肌肤出现皱纹、敏感等状况。
