From Copenhagen to the stage of Paris Fashion Week, Cecilie Bahnsen has been conquering the hearts of countless fashion enthusiasts with her sweet and girly designs. Arriving in the spring of 2022, the brand once again presented its Fall/Winter 2022 collection in the fashion capital of Paris, featuring a large number of ethereal fairy dresses and romantic girly hairstyles woven into the mix!
Cecilie Bahnsen’s collection this season is inspired by the Danish poet Tove Ditlevsen, even the runway background music is set to Tove Ditlevsen’s poem “Night Wandering” from 1939, creating a poetic atmosphere from clothing design to the presentation. Designer Cecilie Bahnsen once again showcases her expertise in romantic girly designs, featuring silhouettes that emphasize the shoulders, along with elements such as stiff tulle, embroidered flowers, textures, and ties. Whether in soft milky white or mint green, or in high-saturation red and black tones, the collection exudes a gentle and beautiful feel.
In order to maintain the series’ aesthetic and romantic feel, the hair director of the fashion show specially designed a braided hairstyle that looks plain from the front but is full of ethereal details at the back. When viewed from the front, the natural loose hair and simple all back hairstyle perfectly complement the fresh and bare makeup, but when the model turns around, you can see the intricately designed three-braided hairstyle.
Divide the hair into three simple sections, then tie them into three loosely French braids. Use ribbons in the same color as the clothes to irregularly tie the three braids together. Deliberately casual, handling the French braids so naturally and effortlessly, like a carefree, free-spirited girl reminding us that beauty sometimes happens in the midst of casual naturalness.
