The annual local art event French May Art Festival is back, with this year’s theme “Art Uboxed” bringing various cultural exchange activities. To experience French culture in multiple ways, besides art exhibitions and film screenings, you can also immerse yourself in the French lifestyle through the essential element of perfume, to feel the French charm through scent. The first boutique perfume store in Hong Kong that has been supporting French May activities for many years, Parfumerie Trésor, has curated 2 works from the French boutique perfume brand Isabey Paris Parfums for perfume enthusiasts this year, along with a series of limited activities related to perfumes!
The prestigious perfume brand Isabey Paris Parfums, with nearly a hundred years of history, has been awarded since 1925. Known for its exquisite design and high-quality perfume ingredients, it was beloved by the upper class society in Paris at that time. The brand’s perfume works are still popular items at antique perfume auctions. In 1999, perfumer Rania brought this historic perfume brand back to the mainstream perfume market. In addition to reissuing classic old works, she also created new perfumes with the soul of Parisian nobility.
Parfumerie Trésor selects two fine fragrances from Isabey Paris Parfums, La Route d’Emeraude and Gardenia, as the key themes of French May. La Route d’Emeraude, with its main jasmine fragrance, was launched by the brand in 1924, featuring distinct bergamot and delicate rose to complement the jasmine, bringing a rich floral scent. Gardenia, known as “the best gardenia perfume ever”, is made with premium white flower ingredients such as Bulgarian rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang, orange blossom, and iris, creating a captivating full-bodied white floral scent.
Parfumerie Trésor invited brand leader Rania to a limited-time exchange meeting with local perfume enthusiasts on May 18th via Zoom. As the media partner of French May 2022, ZTYLEZ recently collaborated with Parfumerie Trésor to launch the limited-time #ZGiveaway event. In addition to randomly giving away the two mentioned perfumes in 10ml bottles, they also included a “perfume alcohol hand rub workshop” for two people. The lucky winners can bring a friend to attend the workshop, where they will be guided by perfume experts to create a moisturizing alcohol hand rub containing 75% alcohol, glycerin, and aloe vera extract. The hand rub can also be customized with personal fragrance preferences.
