Afternoon tea includes a glass of Mumm champagne for each guest, unlimited ice cream, freshly made orange wine buns, pancake ice cream cones, croissant waffles, and a set of 7 signature herbal repair gifts from belif. The Kerry Hotel Hong Kong has specially launched the “Shimmering Afternoon Tea” in collaboration with the well-known Korean fashion and beauty brand 3CE. Led by the hotel’s Executive Chef Michael Clinton and Executive Pastry Chef Jérôme Husson, the chef team takes inspiration from the brand’s concept and iconic makeup products, infusing the afternoon tea with soft and pastel colors of spring, and using high-quality seasonal Korean ingredients to create a variety of beautiful and savory new creations, bringing surprises to all afternoon tea lovers.
The savory snacks include the classic 3CE Egg Toast with crystal diamond caviar representing “C” and mustard egg yolk sauce representing “E”, wagyu beef sandwich with pickled egg yolk sauce, crispy crab cake with dill egg yolk sauce, and the white asparagus mousse lipstick with added almond crumbs.
