This May, it is the 84th birthday of the legendary Japanese photography master Nobuyoshi Araki, and recently, Artelli, a multidimensional art space, has created Araki Nobuyoshi’s latest exhibition – “Paradise ‧ Flower Field”, presenting a master-level visual feast for art lovers.
Araki Nobuyoshi’s instant photography is another important photographic medium outside of film. In the POP-UP exhibition, Araki Nobuyoshi’s works mainly focus on “flowers” and “women”, with multiple series from the 1990s to the latest 2023, as well as nearly a hundred classic instant photographs by the artist. People will be able to see the unique film images captured by Araki’s lens.
At the same time, the event will also feature the iconic Carousel projector that first appeared in the 1980s, along with Nobuyoshi Araki’s slide photography works. There will also be a special area showcasing Nobuyoshi Araki’s signed instant works and exclusive interactive zone, presenting Araki’s works with the FP-Z8000/FP-Z6000 projectors, as well as showcasing FUJIFILM and the new instax mini 99, allowing everyone to appreciate the master’s soulful style and interactive fun from another perspective!

However, in Macau’s multidimensional art space Artelli, an exhibition featuring photography centered around “flowers” is being held, spanning various series of works including “women,” “private photography,” and selected works from “Erotos,” allowing viewers to witness the sincere emotions of photography masters; the exhibition also includes a hidden “safe light darkroom” area, allowing the audience to glimpse Nobuyoshi Araki’s photographic desires.
Araki Nobuyoshi said that before withering is the most beautiful. Therefore, we must cherish the short blooming period even more.
