The final chapter of the highly anticipated Lin Yihua Theater Series, “One by One: NJ’s Atami Trip,” pre-show exhibition.
Local renowned stage director Lin Yihua decided several years ago to adapt Edward Yang’s film “A One and a Two” into a theatrical work. After four years of development and environmental changes, it has evolved into a trilogy called “The One and a Two Trilogy,” which includes “One Person’s A One: Yang Yang’s Letter,” “Two People’s A One: Ting Ting’s Fourteen Lullabies,” and the upcoming final chapter of the series, “Three People’s A One: NJ’s Atami Trip.” These works span three years of the pandemic, and the director uses the original characters from the play to showcase how we can imagine the past, present, and future in the three periods of isolation, post-pandemic, and returning to normalcy through multimedia works.

This will be the pre-show exhibition of the final chapter of the series. The official theatrical production will be performed at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Grand Theatre from May 19th to 21st. It is recommended that everyone enjoy the exhibition before entering the venue.

Neonlitehk Twisted Neon Text Workshop
