Singapore’s Mandala Club cuisine! Inviting a famous Peruvian chef to prepare a “Altitude” themed special menu.

When it comes to tourist attractions in Singapore, Chinatown must be one of them. Here you can find food streets, outdoor stalls, as well as places to buy souvenirs. Among the historical conservation buildings in Bukit Pasoh, there is a private club called the “Mandala Club.”

Established in November last year, Mandala Club not only has local members but also overseas members. The club covers an area of about 25,000 square feet, providing spaces for work, gym, entertainment, and hosting lectures, art, health courses, seminars, etc. It is also a hub for food, offering a diverse range of options.

Within the Mandala Club, there are many unique restaurants, such as The Straits Parlour bar, and the outdoor dining space adorned with art pieces and vintage furniture, POPI’S Garden. Recently, Mandala Club has introduced a dining experience themed around “Meters Above Sea Level” (MASL), featuring a menu curated by the culinary super couple behind Kjolle and MIL – the world-renowned Peruvian chef and restaurant owner Virgilio Martínez and the world’s best female chef Pía León, offering a taste of unique Peruvian flavors.

Martínez and León’s flagship restaurant Central has received numerous accolades over the past decade, consistently ranking among the top 50 best restaurants. Recently, it has achieved second place in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and ranked first in the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list, while also being named the “Best Restaurant of the Decade” in Latin America.

In this special themed dinner they created for Mandala Club, you can find dishes made with sea urchin, caviar, abalone, squid, and other seafood ingredients, which is definitely something to look forward to.
