米其林推荐餐厅精致法日料理!鱼子酱花/波士顿龙虾/白桃雪葩

米其林推荐餐厅 WHISK 推出全新仲夏法日料理食宴,每道菜式由食材、外观,至色调、味道均赏心悦目。主厨 William Lau 选用多种来自日本的新鲜食材,以法式的烹饪技巧创作出新颖菜式,清新的感觉洋溢餐盘之上。

不要以为 fine dining 一定很贵,餐厅分别推出午宴及晚宴套餐,一系列的新菜式不论是午餐或晚餐都能吃到。最相宜的午市套餐只需 HK$498 一位已可品尝到五道菜,如果成为 miraplus 会员更有 75 折。

This set menu includes caviar with frozen Japanese soup, Yamanashi white peach sorbet with rose and hibiscus from Japan. Another upgraded option is the lunch set menu with six courses, priced at HK$968 per person, where you can enjoy Boston lobster with sea urchin, A4 Saga beef. miraplus members can also enjoy a 25% discount!

晚宴性价比更高,HK$980 六道菜或 HK$1,288 十道菜,有齐以上提及的菜式之余,还有日本枪乌贼伴烟熏热情果、比目鱼伴日本青佐酸豆、芋头雪糕配芋头朱古力麻糬等,一整晚慢慢细味十道菜。想像以味觉游历日本与法国,味觉与视觉都有惊喜!
