今年是东方表行成立60周年，继早前推出以“Take Your Time”为主题的宣传片，再次彰显表行与时并进、迈向未来崭新步伐的精神后，最近表行再以一进感官盛宴，带领大家进一步体验“Take Your Time”的真谛。
This time, Oriental Watch Company collaborates with the unique and renowned Hong Kong restaurant Madame Fù to present a limited-time “Take Your Time Art Feast,” combining Eastern and Western delicacies designed for a multi-sensory enjoyment of color, fragrance, and taste. This collaboration perfectly aligns with Oriental Watch Company’s heritage, continuity, fusion of Eastern and Western cultural essence, and innovative brand philosophy. Additionally, the Oriental Watch Company has invited the award-winning local artist Chan Sin to create an installation artwork “Discovery of Time – 1961” for the dining venue. Using the overlapping of colors to represent the metaphor of accumulated time, the artist’s method of measuring time and perspective symbolizes the mysterious trajectory of time experienced together by Oriental Watch Company and the viewers. The background of the artwork intentionally starts from the year of Oriental Watch Company’s establishment in 1961, showcasing the entire concept echoing the historical changes of the company.
名为“Take Your Time 时间艺术盛宴”的菜单，是由 Madame Fù 主厨廖伟杰师傅精心设计，每一道菜均希望体现出“享受一刻钟的时间艺术，品尝一刻钟的精致佳肴，回味一刻钟的智慧酝酿”的精神。
对于擅长创作顶级创意美食的廖伟杰师傅来说，高级烹饪就是一项必须了解时间、尊重时间，以及跟时间合作得天衣无缝的艺术。今次为「Take Your Time 时间艺术盛宴」匠心设计的六道菜单当中，廖伟杰师傅从菜式巧思设计、选材、烹饪技巧，到呈现安排均投放了心思，而六道菜式则包括（一）黄金年华；（二）龙腾钻禧；（三）丝丝忆记；（四）绿色庆典；（五）福寿连绵；及（六）甜蜜时刻。每道菜式配合分秒不差的烹饪时间，堪称艺术与时间的结晶，充分展现「Take Your Time 时间艺术盛宴」的深层意义。
由本地艺术家陈闪创作的装置画作《时间的发现～1961》，则取材看似平常的年历，透过颜料重叠的技巧及概念来呈现时间累积的隐喻 － 艺术家为不同月份填上色彩：第一天填上一年的格子，第二天由每月的第二格填至月份的最后一天，第三天则由第三格开始重复，如此类推，最终当每月的30天格子填满了，则代表一年的完成，是一种系统的体验。作品另一独特之处在于透过灯光显示出油彩的厚度，让观者于同一时间置身于白昼与黑夜的交错中。每幅画作均是时间的记录；在熟悉的年历上，透过灯光，层层叠叠的颜料便是时间的重现。装置作品显示出艺术家将时间的累积与机械的魔力结合，正正与钟表的概念一致。
This time, the Oriental Watch Company selected the calendar design from 1961, hoping to take everyone back to the year of the company’s establishment in 1961. At the same time, they hope to trigger exploration and reflection on the mystery of time with the viewers.
「Take Your Time 时间艺术盛宴」由即日起至12月10日期间，于中环大馆内的Madame Fú呈献，每位品尝「Take Your Time 时间艺术盛宴」的贵宾更可获赠以《时间的发现～1961》为创作概念的艺术帆布袋 － 内里印有2021年11月的月份，喻意将贵宾由1961年飞越60年至当下，以此纪念东方表行成立的这个重要月份 － 有兴趣的朋友不妨致电或电邮予餐厅订座，从视觉、嗅觉及味觉享受这盛宴，并一起深思时间的意义。
