The popular cat character “mofusand,” created by Japanese illustrator ぢゅの, often “transforms” into various animals and food, and has gained a large following on the internet with its cute appearance! This adorable and fluffy cat has recently arrived in Hong Kong and has set up a “Spring Cat Adventure” photo spot at Langham Place in Mong Kok. They have also opened the first official authorized mofusand store in Hong Kong, featuring exclusive merchandise. Additionally, this is the first time mofusand’s illustrations are being showcased publicly in Hong Kong!
There are multiple photo spots inside the venue, with over 20 different styled cats appearing at the 5 major Tokyo shrines! Must-see spots include the vermilion-colored “Cat’s Paw Prayer Torii Gate,” where 6 adorable mofusand cats guard the entrance and extend their cute paws! At the “Lucky Meow Arch Izakaya,” there is a cute cat manager dressed as a seasoning, and cat customers raising beer in celebration. The mofusand food series illustrations on the wall are also a highlight, and you can find mofusand’s presence in the hot springs and airport conveyor belts!
In addition, the Mofusand Blessing Pavilion is adorned with several adorable amulets. Simply register on-site to become an LP CLUB new member or successfully invite a friend to become a member, and you can participate in the “Meow Fortune Prediction” event. The first 5,000 members who complete the fortune prediction will receive a gift of a “Meow Stay Lucky Luggage Tag”!
