Dreamy Pink Café is the first to settle in the World Trade Center! Stringing together sausage pastry bread, a variety of savory and sweet dessert bread new products.

Causeway Bay World Trade Centre Mall is about to reopen, and the first brand to open in the mall is La Viña, a brand that started with cakes. The interior design of the new store echoes the brand’s logo with a pink color scheme, complemented by soft lighting, smooth flowing lines, and arch elements, creating a dreamy atmosphere with a touch of fashion.

La Viña started with baking products and their cheesecakes are made using traditional Spanish recipes. The new store offers more choices, such as baked tea cream rolls, strawberry vanilla cakes, Uji matcha red bean cakes, and whole Tiramisu. Their signature garlic cream cheese buns are also available, and they have recently introduced the “Sausage Skewer” ($42), which consists of two mini puff pastry sausages skewered together. It’s like a street snack that you can bite into, with crispy and flaky pastry. It’s perfect for taking photos and enjoying the taste.

The “Savory Scone” with savory ingredients ($32) is also a new product, with cheese scone as the base and daily chef-selected ingredients added. It’s perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee for breakfast.

The new store also offers a variety of savory food and drinks, with sourdough bread as the main ingredient for the savory food. The toast is toasted to a crispy texture and filled with cheese and homemade smoked beef, giving it a rich and flavorful taste.

Introducing the Strawberry Au Lait (Hot $46 / Iced $48) with a pink theme, the milk base mixed with strawberry sauce creates a vibrant layered color that is visually appealing and satisfying in both taste and presentation.
