Ushio, a Japanese Fukuoka restaurant, is offering a special lunch set promotion. The “Premium Wagyu Beef Sirloin Set” is now reduced from $588 to $388, with only ten sets available daily!
The highlight of the set menu is definitely the Japanese Wagyu beef. The Hong Kong branch continues to use the Kagoshima Shinmura Wagyu beef from the main branch, which has won the highest honor at the “National Wagyu Beef Competition” in Japan. It is grilled on the stove until it is fragrant and tender, and enjoyed with a bowl of white rice.
